In the first place, let’s get started with the basics. It is important to check the expiration on any skin care product you purchase. In the same way, any SPF product should be good for approximately three years. After that time, you should toss it.
When going outside, make sure you apply an SPF of 30 or more. At the same time, you should do this approximately 30 minutes before heading outdoors. When applying sunscreen, make sure you use enough to cover any part of your face and body that will be getting sun exposure. Hence, you want to reapply lotion every couple of hours throughout the day. Don’t be stingy about this – the more you apply, the better your skin will be protected.

For me, the best secret I want to share with you is keep your SPF lotion nearby. A good tip is to keep it near your toothbrush. Of course, you brush your teeth regularly. Now with the lotion in front of you, you won’t forget to apply it.
When applying lotion, think about those areas often overlooked. Some of the most overlooked areas are behind the ears, in-between your toes and fingers and along your hairline. If you don’t want wrinkles and brown spots, make sure you apply lotion everywhere.
At the same time, it is important to go in circular motion when applying your lotion. Make sure your lotion is rubbed in and you continue to reapply throughout the day. In addition to wearing sunscreen, it is important to wear protective clothing. Also, wearing polarized sunglasses helps protect your eyes.
